Job Description
Responsibilities:
- As a Amazon Cloud Platform Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and patching cloud application solutions that have been implemented by the client.
- You will work closely with other application teams such as Amazon Connect, ServiceNow and Service Analytics Team to ensure that these deployed applications operate optimally and are patched with the latest patches to resolve any CVEs according to the client security policy requirements.
- Troubleshooting and investigation of any reported issues is also a requirements and resolution will be required to meet the client SLAs/KPIs.
Requirements:
- Familiar and be certified in AWS.
- Knowledge of patching and cloud infra
- Eager to learn and pick up new cloud related skills.
