IT Support Analyst - Oracle DB/MS SQL, Crystal Reports, C#, .NET
You will be an IT Support Analyst. The Application Development & Support team is responsible for the creation, modification, maintenance, and support of all company applications. Reporting to the Application Team Lead, your role will involve:
- Conducting analysis, development, testing, and implementation of systems.
- Handling business enhancement requests from internal users, such as automating Excel tasks and developing/enhancing reports.
- Working closely with business units to understand user requirements and address related business issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
- Knowledge of equity trading and middle/back-office settlement operations.
- Preferred experience in banking and financial institutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle DB/MS SQL, Crystal Reports, C#, .NET, PowerShell, and Visual Basic.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with strong skills in multitasking, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions effectively and achieve results.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
