Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle inventory and order processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service and admin experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
