Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to coordinate and liaise between internal and external members such as customer, peers/subordinate and superiors.
- Conduct daily quality checking of inspection reports done by QC team to ensure documentation standards
- Control and the distribution of all the company quality documentation
- Assist the Manager to monitor the accuracy of the done reports by QC team
- Update quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements as per assigned by manager
- Revise department’s work instructions according to job-flow changes or as per customer requirements
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
- Meticulous and hardworking
- Singaporeans Only
- 5 day work week - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Friday)
