Your Role:
As a Finance & AR, you will be pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Perform daily checks on sales transactions, collections, credit card slips, and various vouchers.
- Reconcile all receipts (credit cards, NETS, cash, vouchers) and ensure Pre-GST sales and GST amounts match.
- Prepare monthly net sales reports for landlords (GTO) and assist in statutory audits, corporate tax, and GST matters.
- Manage branches’ requests for invoice printing, company letterheads, and office supplies.
- Handle general admin tasks within the finance department and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Nitec in Accounting or Diploma with accounting knowledge.
- Highly analytical, meticulous, and process-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Netsuite is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
