Customer Service (Container Shipping)
- 8.45 to 6 pm (Weekday) 8.45 to 1pm (Saturday)
- During probation, alternate Saturday. After Probation, one Saturday a month.
- Location: East, near Marine Parade
- S$ 2,000 – S$ 2,800
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Coordinate shipments efficiently.
- Monitor, resolve, and follow up on customer disputes.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy document retrieval.
- Handle other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Min ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS office
