Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver all facets of the registration process (online and onsite) for events.
- Responsible for the development, distribution, and monitoring of registration weekly, onsite, and post-show reports, and data analysis.
- Act as the primary client and internal contact for all registration-related information and issues.
- Supervise registration personnel, registration vendors, and temporary staff during pre-event and on-site deployment.
- Drive innovative thinking to deliver an efficient registration process both online and on-site and improve the overall customer experience. This includes being abreast of the latest technology applications and the setting up of event registration systems, attendee engagement activities before and at the event, speaker management services and performing custodial duties for the company attendee databases, and handling customer enquiries.
- Handle delegate payments, invoicing, and related tasks, when necessary.
- As this role demands regular interfacing with the events attendees, it has direct impact on the customer experience and is a key function that contributes to the smooth and successful delivery of an Event.
Requirements
