Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is seeking a C# Developer to develop various applications within the bank. The ideal candidate will work on developing, enhancing, and supporting trading systems, risk management platforms, and other financial applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain C# applications for trading systems, risk platforms, and other financial applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services with in-house systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, database engineers, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development best practices.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely fixes.
- Maintain and improve system security, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in programming and support within the financial industry.
- Knowledge of Equity trading and operations settlement in the middle/back office.
- Proficiency in C#, .Net, Powershell, and VB.net.
- Independent and a good team player, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with a solution-oriented mindset.
