- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning for operational excellence and optimizing workflows
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency, quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and external partners to negotiate contracts, optimize service delivery and ensure cost effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to department heads
- Collaborate with HR in talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts and resource allocation to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
- Have at least 5 years experienced in Healthcare Industry
- Location: Central
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $12,000 (Depending on experience)
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
