Controllers are responsible for performing operational duties at the 24/7 Command Centre equipped with security systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Management of security projects (Attendance, performance and patrol tracking).
2. Activation of emergency response personnel.
3. Utilise HRMS to monitor onsite operations.
4. Monitor cloud-based security applications and platforms.
5. Remote operation of CCTV and access control systems.
6. Manning 24/7 hotline and executing escalation procedures for enquiries and incidents.
7. Any other duties assigned by management.
Able to perform 8-hour rotating shift. Expected to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess a minimum PLRD rank of SSO.
