Job Requirements
- Basic Salary + Sales Commission
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- To manage sales enquiries and provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications
- Proven experience or strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in design software preferred (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). (Preferred)
- Effective communication skill, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Entry level candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Daily Routine
- Preparation of quotations, floorplans, space planning and elevation plan for clients.
- Training & meetings conducted by an experienced mentor.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure quality work & timely completion.
- Site visits to check & keep track of project progress.
