Customer Service / Up till $2500 basic + OT Pay + Bonus / Renewable Contract (KG)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
- Listen to customer concerns, investigate the issue, and propose solutions to resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process customer orders, including taking orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Use computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year relevant experience

· Working Days/Hours: Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm
