Purpose & Scope
We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing depot administrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency relating to the operations of the depot and business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Purchase Requisition creation for procurement, capex form for approval
• Document verification for GR (Goods Receipt) and liaise with GR personnel to get D/O GR for payment & document filing after document GR.
• ISO document filing and prepare for yearly ISO audit
• Compiling and monitoring of sectors tonnages
• Assist DLs to submit claims
• Thumbprint registration for new hires
• Assist manning customer relations and TMS
• Diesel monitoring to top up diesel tank and daily update of diesel inventory report.
• Month end closing to submit reports to Finance for reconciliation
• Cashcard monitoring and top up of cashcard weekly and submit claims for top up to APSS via e-form
• Liaising with external vendor/Procurement to rectify depot AA (Asset Accounting) works
• Month end closing to submit Accrual report for non-GR services
• Checking of depot M & E (Monitoring & Evaluation) works to be rectify
• Roster planning for weekend and PH
Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Completed GCE N/O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year’s experience in Logistics / Operations Management
• Proficient in Microsoft office application
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
