Job Description:
- Responsible and carrying out all procurement process
- Materials sourcing, selection and negotiate for best price for current and new potential suppliers
- liaise with site staff directly to determine purchasing needs and specifications
- Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and site project team for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.
- Expedite and follow up with supplliers for on-time delivey to support production and project
- Collate & maintain proper purchasing records, updated price ist, catalogue and filling
- Consolidate & prepare project purchase costs for management
- Checking & verify supplier invoices and matching with supporting documents
- Process supplier invoice and payment request
- Maintain database - update and file alll material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders
- Administrative support for project team and operation requirement
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
