Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for sub-contract and main contract administration and procurement tasks in HQ office
- Support QS works on-site as required
- Perform procurement duties such as sourcing, evaluating and negotiating with sub-contractors
- Perform cost planning and estimation, and quantity take-off
- Assist the QS Manager in other aspects of QS work as required
- Provide support for tender such as quantity take off, calling quotations and pricing
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, measurement and sub-contract administration
- Possess work experience in high-rise building projects (residential/condo), commercial/office/industrial buildings, hotels, airports, hospitals, is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
