This is a contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter role with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Involved in hiring decisions and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Based in Singapore, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
