Responsibilities:
- Handle general HR duties including work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
- Manage workers' related issues and provide necessary support.
- Handle compensation and benefits (C&B) and payroll information ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF contributions.
- Liaise with MOM, CPF, and other statutory boards as required.
- Manage submissions for CPF, IR21, IR8A, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
- Provide general administration support to the Management.
- Manage and support office events, and handle other ad hoc assignments.
- Review reports for accuracy and analyze collected data, providing observations and recommendations to the Manager.
- Act as the contact point for employee queries up to assistant managerial level.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
- Experience with Infotech Payroll software will be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective team player with strong collaborative and communication skills
