CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT @CHANGI AIRPORT - FLEXI (PART-TIME)
Hourly Rate:
- $10.50/hr on weekday (Mon to Fri)
- $12.50/hr on weekend (Sat and Sun)
Job Descriptions:
- Foreign crew escort.
- Kiosk machine assistance.
- Managing auto baggage drop.
- Arrival and Departure gate handling.
- Misc duties such as queue management, early check-in registration, etc.
One week of training will be provided before deployment (Paid at $8.00/hr*) - Except COP & ASIB
*Commitment of 10 working shifts is required.
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills and command of English.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- No visible tattoo.
- No coloured or dyed hair.
Shifts:
- 0430hr to 1300hr (4.30am to 1.30pm) with Shift Allowance of $5.00 per shift.
- 0630hr to 1530hr (6.30am to 3.30pm)
- 1300hr to 2200hr (1pm to 10pm)
- 1500hr to 0000hr (3pm to 12am)
- 2300hr to 0800hr (11pm to 8am) Weekday: $12.50/hr / Weekend: $14.50/hr.
- 1900hr to 0200hr (7pm to 2am) with Shift Allowance of $5.00 per shift.
All shifts above includes one hour of unpaid break.
Preferably to be able to commit at least 4 shifts a week, including either Saturday or Sunday.
Transport claim capped at $30 per trip (For shifts starting before 0700hrs and shifts ending past 2300hrs).
Salary Payment:
- Monthly payout on every 7th
