Job Scope:
- Assist customers in filing accident reports and provide guidance on claim options (Third Party or Own Damage).
- Provide accurate cost estimates for body and paint repairs in insurance claims.
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding motor claims, focusing on body and paintwork.
- Track repair progress, including bodywork and painting, and update customers on the status.
- Work closely with the parts executive to ensure availability of parts for body and paint repairs.
- Finalize and invoice jobs once body and paintwork repairs are completed.
Requirements:
- NTC2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics/Automotive Technology or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of car body and paint components,.
- Relevant experience will be added advantage.
