Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with monthly payroll tasks, such as attendance verification and overtime processing.
- Identify and administer training needs, including sourcing, administration, and registration.
- Perform HR administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.
- Conduct staff orientation and regular briefings on company policies and procedures.
- Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers.
- Undertake any ad-hoc activities within HR and Admin functions as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel
