Job Scope :
Admin Manager
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Managing of office administration (renewal/termination of contracts and service)
- Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office-related purchases and services.
- Supervising & mentoring of internal staff.
- Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance.
- Review the monthly AP and AR aging reports.
- Assist in verify invoices, staff claims and reimbursements.
Admin Assistant, Logistic Admin
- Handle administration documents such as data filing, prepare delivery orders/shipping arrangement etc courier service
- Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Arrange pickup and delivery schedules.
- Perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by managers.
Job Requirement:
Admin Manager:
- Min Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as a Senior Operation/Administrator
- Candidate with relevant experience welcome to apply.
