Responsibilities:
To ensure comprehensive testing of product implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with business and operational requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for product implementations and operational systems.
- Perform user acceptance testing aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Document testing artefacts, manage test data, and log defects accurately.
- Collaborate with supervisors and test managers to resolve testing issues promptly.
- Support post-implementation activities and assist in staff training documentation.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a strong understanding of testing life cycles.
Skills/Requirement:
- Polytechnic diploma or university degree, preferably in IT or Business fields.
- At least 1 year of work experience; insurance knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work within strict deadlines.
- High integrity, proactive approach, and adaptability to changes.
