Responsibilities:
- Manage talent requisition, salary proposals, and hiring and retention reviews, including handling all new contracts and renewals for outsourced, retirement/re-employment, permanent, and contract staff.
- Oversee all recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Manpower Act and other Company HR Policies.
- Collaborate with various schools on internship, placement and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct manpower planning for business units.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices.
- Handle the management performance process, including processing yearly bonuses and increments.
- Process monthly payroll records and reports for review and record-keeping purposes.
- Manage CPF, IR8A, and tax clearance (IR21).
- Plan, execute, and facilitate staff training and development.
- Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and misconduct matters.
- Address workplace safety issues, prepare work incident reports, and lodge work injury claims with MOM.
- Foster a positive company culture and manage employee engagement activities.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on HR-related issues.
- Complete relevant surveys required by various government agencies related to human resources.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in HR.
- Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other relevant statutory legislations and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Candidates able to start immediately or short notice will be preferred.
