Responsibilities:
- Perform site acceptance testing, commissioning, and start-up of equipment to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.'
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site maintenance issues, providing expert technical support to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, empowering them to optimize equipment performance and maximize productivity.
- Address customer complaints and compile monthly failure analysis reports to identify trends and areas for product improvement
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Mechanical/Electricial Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least 1 year related working experience
- Able to work in a team
