Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring accurate financial statements and adherence to regulatory requirements may require detailed oversight.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Involves active participation in creating and reviewing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Internal Controls & Audits: Hands-on involvement in setting up and monitoring controls, as well as working closely with auditors.
- Tax Management: May require direct involvement in tax filings and compliance.
- Financial Systems & Processes: Actively optimizing and managing financial systems and workflows.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
