Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of process instrumentation projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet key milestones, avoid delays, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing project expectations effectively.
- Address and resolve technical and commercial challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and final project deliverables.
- Oversee procurement activities related to project materials and services.
- Manage project contracts, including ensuring timely invoicing and adherence to contractual terms.
- Supervise project site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and meetings to monitor project progress and address any emerging issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 – 4 years of relevant project management / coordination experience in the process instrumentation / oil & gas / petrochemical industries
- Must have experience in FLOW / LEVEL measurement
- Possess a valid driving license and a car – as needed to visit sites
- Good presentation and communication skills
