Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of business operations by setting and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for process instrumentation products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all sales activities to achieve revenue goals and improve margins.
- Oversee the execution of sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage inbound orders in accordance with company policies, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, quotations, and client interactions in compliance with internal procedures.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting objectives and managing performance to align with company goals.
- Manage and coordinate project pursuit activities, including attending project meetings and clarifying bids.
- Oversee the implementation of projects to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the process instrumentation / oil & gas / petrochemical industries
- Must have experience in FLOW / LEVEL measurement
- Possess a valid driving license and a car – as needed to visit sites
- Good presentation and communication skills
