- Process letters and emails correspondences to customers upon request
- Attend to incoming General Hotline calls
- Manage customer enquires via livechats
- Handle customer enquiries on payment arrangement and reconnection
What You'll Do:
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
- Prior recent Live Chat experience will be preferred
