Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to Managing Director
- Coordinate meetings and provide hospitality to all business partners and overseas visitors
- Responsible to provide timely updates on company website and manage all corporate related communications from internal and external parties
- Keeping proper records of sales contracts
- Arrange and coordinate company events/activities.
- Responsible to manage all building related matters
- Coordinate on building maintenance matters to ensure safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage vehicle parking matters.
- Ensure office and pantry supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly.
- Prepare & update corporate rates of hotels for booking of hotel rooms when required.
- Provide support as back-up Receptionist.
- Assist in bi-monthly payment process in checking vendors and suppliers’ invoices.
- Responsible for all company related administrative matters
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative job duties.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary.
- Possess MS Office excel and SAP knowledge.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
