Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Monitor Accounts Payable records Knowledge
- Analyse and reconcile accounts payable balances
- Prepare accounts consolidation report for company's reporting
- Liaise with external auditors on accounts payable functions
- Daily monitoring of company's performances and feedback in quaterly governance meeting
- Generate HBS-SG monthly AP report and attend to HBS purchase queries
- Daily monitoring of sister company performance and attend governance meeting.
- Monitor company's Cash Flow (Banks & HITL) & transact order for forex requirement for monthly payments. 9 Monthly and Budget Cashflow.
- Any other assignment given by superior
Job Requirements:
- MS words and Excel
- Diligent and strong attention to details
- Strong sense of self-control, intergrity and fair play
- able to handle work independently
