Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for operation department.
• Issuing delivery order and service order.
• Arrange delivery schedule
• Arrange maintenance schedule
• Manage Accounts Receivable functions
• General AR invoice and follow-up collection.
• Maintain accounting department and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the computerized accounting system.
• Assist in daily admin department operations.
• Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Certificate in accounting.
• Minimum 2 years accounting and administrative experience.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and positive thinking.
• Initiative, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to adapt in multi-tasking environment.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability in written, oral & work as a team member.
