- Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to find training opportunities.
- Support managers and staff with training issues.
- Manage training programs and maintain training records.
- Conduct staff surveys and propose action plans.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and staff well-being.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Support staff engagement and handle HR queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource/Business with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 1 year of training working experience is a must.
