Air Freight & Customer Service Executive
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary $2000 – $3800
- AWS + VB
- Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm; alternate Saturday 9am – 1pm
- Location: Changi Cargo
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
- Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
- Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
- Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
- Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
- Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
- At least “O” & “N” Levels
- Familiar with CCN system
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good communication skill and customer service oriented
- Flexible / Adaptive to changes and Meticulous to details
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends
