Condominium Manager
Job Info:
- Basic up $5,500 + AWS + VB
- Yio Chu Kang / Orchard/ Seng Kang
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) ; 9am to 1pm (Sat - WFH)
Alternate weekly WFH upon confirmation
Job Description:
- Follow directives from the Director or Team Manager (Operations).
- Oversee all onsite staff and service providers to ensure their duties are performed effectively.
- Manage meetings for the Management Corporation, address arising issues, meet with contractors on-site, and communicate with owners and tenants.
- Maintain and enhance communication with the Council, Subsidiary Proprietors, Occupants, and Headquarters.
- Support the Management Corporation in enforcing by-laws and suggest improvements.
- Keep the Management Corporation updated on estate maintenance and management matters.
- Organize and conduct Council and General Meetings, including budget preparation, cash flow planning, and minute-taking.
- Handle all correspondence, statutory notifications, and inquiries on behalf of the Management Corporation.
- Coordinate with contractors, solicitors, auditors, and government authorities.
- Address all complaints, queries, and suggestions.
- Ensure timely application or renewal of necessary government licenses and permits.
- Audit inventory records in accordance with company SOPs.
- Prepare or arrange for specifications and documents for obtaining quotations.
- Administer contract renewals and issue contracts.
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program.
- Supervise routine maintenance and service contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Ensure proper execution of repairs and replacements by contractors and sub-contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Professional certificate/ diploma or degree in estate.
- Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MCST and BMSM
