Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of job as team leader
2. Ensure that work plan is properly executed, documented, and concluded in compliance with relevant standards
3. Plan and manage engagements and people such that deliverables meet work specifications and deadlines
4. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating audit partners, managers of job progress.
5. Identify and communicate accounting and audit matters to audit partners and managers
6. Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control and provide recommendations for improvement
7. Review work performed by assistants and associates, train and guide them in their work
8. Develop and maintain good productive working relationships with client personnel
9. Develop and maintain good productive working relationships with colleagues in the firm
Professional qualifications and experience
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent which is recognized by ISCA.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years experience in providing audit services
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses good knowledge of office applications (MS Office).
- Possesses strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
