Job Description:
· Promote sales of semiconductor equipment, parts, materials and services to achieve sales targets
· Work with customers and principals in sales activities like presentation, quotation, specification
confirmation, negotiations, commissioning/acceptance and post sales services
· Build and maintain good rapport with principals and vendors
· Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and provide solutions for
long-term success
· Conduct evaluations for system, parts and materials with customers
· Execute plans to increase market share for assigned products and services
· Collaborate with suppliers, principals and internal staff to achieve smooth and prompt sales and technical
service support
· Prepare sales reports for internal and external use
· Work diligently with customers and suppliers on consumption pattern and forecast planning to prevent
missed sales and excess inventory
· Input comprehensive HOMS record from all customer engagements in a timely manner
· Complete all required sales reports, records and ISO documentation timely
· Response to customer queries swiftly and timely
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
Requirements:
- Min. diploma in Engineering qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Sales driven, creative, dynamic, and independent.
- Good communication in oral/written skills in both English and Chinese needed
- Equipped with 3rd language (Japanese/Korean language) will be added advantage
- Able to multi-task, highly organized, detail oriented, good team player
- Able to response/work on off office hours and overseas travel
