Our team is in the AI Talent Management industry, focusing primarily on the B2B human resource Talent Management market. The system includes HR Talent Management, EdTech, and AI components. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager with a high performance and track record willing to travel overseas on business trips.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and plan to expand market share about pre-set standards and industry and economic trends.
- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Responsible for the overall sales budget and financial targets
- Direct and drive sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
- Actively grow the current business and seek out new customers to achieve corporate objectives
- Ensure that the customers’ perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing strategies that meet customers’ and organization’s needs
- Implement and execute sales activities in collaboration with other departments
- Monitor the competitive landscape and keep abreast of market developments
- Familiarise with the technical functions and specifications of our product and translate these into business benefits for potential clients
- Identify new business avenues through existing and potential client base
- Implement new account development strategies to take advantage of potential opportunities
- Execute sales and/or marketing activities in line with the sales and marketing plan
- Ensure timely communications with potential and existing clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on customer accounts to ensure smooth end-to-end service experiences
- Execute sales retention strategies and plans to retain existing clients
- Maintain strategic partnerships to shorten sales cycles and increase revenue
- Provide suggestions to develop sales strategies and business plans
- Update clients with the latest information on market trends and technical development
- Maintain records of sales, pricing, and activity reports
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in an IT or business field.
- Preferably, Technical knowledge of Edtech and Adult Training will be a PLUS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities
- Candidates with experience and a proven track record in B2B sales would have an advantage.
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and able to engage stakeholders.
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work fast and well under pressure.
- Outgoing with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Have a passion for excellent customer management and believe in long-term customer engagement.
- Demonstrated a track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Must be able to design PPT and perform presentations to the target customers
- Willing to travel overseas for a business trip.
Working Arrangement
This position is a 50% work-from-home arrangement until further notice. The candidate must have a good working laptop or desktop, a working webcam, and a microphone for virtual meetings.
We will be offering a basic salary plus a KPI bonus.
