Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development for Tenders:Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality curricula for tender submissions.
Research and align curriculum content with the specific needs and requirements outlined in tender specifications.
Prepare detailed lesson plans, course materials, and evaluations tailored to target audiences.
- Lesson Design:Design engaging lesson slides and materials that align with the curriculum, ensuring content is accessible, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.
Incorporate innovative teaching techniques and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.
- Ad-hoc Curriculum Support:Assist with additional duties such as updating course materials, creating supplementary resources, and reviewing existing curricula to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide support in the coordination and execution of workshops, seminars, or training programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- DACE certified.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the corporate or education sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Strong research skills and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on curriculum development for tenders or government projects.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
