Duration: 11 Months Contract
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
This incumbent preferably comes with 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and or public sector experience would be advantageous.
Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Engage line managers and human resource business partner to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
- Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
- Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and human resource business partner
