Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings to accurately delegate roles to individuals of the team and ensure the work is done
- Managing workflow and manpower deployment to ensure the timely delivery of all assigned landscape projects
- Work together with the team to craft out project job scopes to meet project objectives
- Communicate with clients to ensure their expectations are met or receive any feedback
- Identify key areas of improvement at job sites and develop a plan of action for management
- Prepare and submit project progress report to management and share project site meeting.
Job Requirements:
- Trade Certificate in Constrcution or Landscape caer and maintenance or has relevant experience.
- Experienced in manpower scheduling, daily work coordination, conducting daily daily site inpection and updateing progress report.
- Preparing and executing site safety regulation in accordance to approved safety charter.
- Project preliminary planning and distributions, able to undertake more than one project with project allowance.
- Conduct meeting all site progress with lower level site personnel.
- Ability in supervising construction site, landscape maintenance works with good communication skills
- Strong personality enduring pressure and manage company cliental list.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams on both building construction and landscape manitenance
- A good team player and attending to reports, abling solutions to subordinates.
- Good experience in the landscape work would be preferrable.
