Job Scope
- Responsible for client business development, including opportunity exploration, demand guidance, technical communication, solution design and customization, competitive analysis, etc.
- Responsible for providing after-sales technical support for customers, including major account service management, channel management, pre-sales testing, project implementation, troubleshooting, customer service planning, and summarizing.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical, sales, R&D, service providers, etc., to ensure the project progresses smoothly according to the plan and promptly address technical or business issues in the project.
- Consolidate industry service technology and experience to support client and market success, and standardize organizational asset accumulation through knowledge production and empowerment training, continuously improving service processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Asia-Pacific telecommunications market, understand market demands, competitive landscape, and industry development trends, promptly collect and feedback market information, and assist the company in gaining a competitive advantage in the local market.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years related experience in network solution design or on-site delivery implementation
- Familiar with network automation tools and scripting is an advantage
