Job Summary:
The Residential General Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of residential properties, including homes and apartments. The cleaner will perform various cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the homeowner or supervisor.
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing specific cleaning requests or concerns they may have.
- Follow proper safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications:
- No experience required; training provided.
- Willingness to travel between various job locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
- Willingness to upskill and learn new cleaning techniques.
