We are a training school, looking for an administrator.
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
· Handle call enquiries and follow-up with email on course details
· Follow-up through call with applicants’ online course registration
payment (e.g.: payment on hold)
· Follow-up of applicants’ submission of documents after payment is
made (e.g: application form, certificates, I/C)
· Monitor Fees Collection
· Follow-up with CEA on applicant assessment outcome and follow up
call to applicant on the outcome status
· To provide service and information to walk in applicants on course
details.
· Collate the number of applicants particulars / documents for each
course batch
· Collate attendance list for issuing of certificates to applicants who
have completed the course
· Prepare attendance list, course notes collection form for each batch
· Submit course attendance list after course completion
· Submit course intake report
· Perform registration of candidates for training and assessment
· Prepare attendance list form for each CPD course
· Collate all Post Course Evaluation Form from participants who
attended the CPD Course
· Tabulate CPD consolidated feedback report form for online
submission and key in agents’ attendance in CPD Microsite
· Issue ID, password & instructions guide after each batch completed in
the E-Learning Portal
· Handle and guide participants on the Online Learning
· To print course notes and add on / changes to course notes (if any)
· Scanning of academic certificates for each new RES course batch for
submission
· Explain and guide applicants on the SkillsFuture Credit Claim from
time to time when applicant wants to make the claim of RES course
fee
· Liaise and Follow-Up with Traqom on Trainee Data (if any)
· Liaise with external training providers, service providers and statutory
agencies
· Booking & Scheduling of Training Venue
· Schedule and coordinate training sessions
· Ensure smooth training process
· Maintain clear and proper records and documents of training sessions
· Maintain staff training records
· Ensure completion of training requirements for all staff
· Monitor training costs
· Raise PV for payment to trainers
· Assist Trainers as required
· Maintain training records

· Conversant in at least both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Words, MS Excel
· Able to communicate with all levels of management
