- Position : Customer Support Coordinator (N0 EXP REQ - must be from Supply Chain/Shipping)
- Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
- Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3300 + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : SHIPPING (FREIGHT)
Main Responsibilities:
- In-charge of import & export documentation; Bill Of Lading; work orders
- Issue invoices
- Liaise with agents/ carriers
- Follow through and closure of each respective dealing with the agent/carrier
Requirements:
- Diploma in logistics or shipping discipline
- Min 1 year experience with Customer service/ Shipping/ Logistic/ Supply Chain
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
