Position Overview
The Business Admin Support will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s daily activities. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting the management team, coordinating with clients, and assisting in the organization of training programs and related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain company documents, both digital and physical, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Client Coordination: Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on pending issues.
- Training Support: Help in the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training materials, and other business documents.
- Finance Support: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting the finance team with accounts receivable/payable.
- Project Assistance: Support various business projects by providing research, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- General Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating repairs, and liaising with external vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably in a consultancy or training services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Educational Qualifications
- A diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
