Office Location: Punggol Road (Majority of time is in Client Office / Events)
Salary: Depend on the candidate’s experience
Contract: 1+1 Year (Extendable)
Working Days/Hours: Be flexible about working hours & working over weekends as it might be required by clients.
Job Description:
- A full-time position working 7-8 hours per day, which requires working on weekends (max 2-3 hours on any one weekend), time-off will be compensated, especially on weekdays.
- Work is largely divided between meeting in the client’s office (20% of time – must attend client meetings with the team, who will lead the meetings), working with team on specific client-led designated campaigns (40%), WFH (20% - more for social media video editing etc with daily updates to the core team), rest of the time (internal meetings with the team).
- Be flexible and accountable in this workflow as it isn't a desk-bound job.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in Media / PR Management with the ability to work with event management partners. Entry level with experience working in Global PR firms are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in (mainstream) media pitching, media presentation, preferably having social media skills of scripting and developing mobile-based videos
- Shown ability to work as a team and strong initiative
- Possible to show work samples
