About the Role:
As a District Manager, you will drive the success of a district of retail stores by leading and managing store operations, achieving sales, profitability, and inventory targets, and ensuring a unique and brand-relevant shopping experience. You will coach and direct Store Managers to excel in their roles, collaborating closely with internal teams to consistently deliver superior customer satisfaction.

Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Office Location: East Area, Singapore
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (1 rest day and 1 off day on 1 weekday and 1 weekend)
- Weekend Work: Required to work 1 weekend per week
- Public Holiday: On a rotating basis
- Travelling Requirements: Visiting 4 to 6 stores depending on sales volume
- Salary Compensation: SGD 4,500 – SGD 4,800 per month
- Additional Benefits: Transport + Mobile Allowance, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS, 13th Month Bonus)
Job Responsibilities:
- District Management: Drive the success of a district of retail stores by leading and managing store operations to meet sales, profitability, and inventory targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide Store Managers, ensuring efficient store operations and achievement of business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with retail operating procedures, company standards, and statutory requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction across all stores by maintaining high service standards.
- Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute retail marketing plans and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards.
- Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits (4 to 6 stores depending on sales volume), preparing reports and taking corrective measures to drive business growth.
- Expense Control: Manage and monitor store budgets to meet profit objectives.
- Succession Planning: Build and maintain a strong team of Store Managers through effective hiring, development, training, and staff retention programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail/footwear/fashion industries with at least 3 years in people management.
- Education: Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software preferred.
- Work Style: Hands-on, with the flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
