Job Scope:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Create efficient and functional floor plans (Space Planning)
- Develop aesthetic design concepts aligned with client preferences.
- Source and recommend materials and furniture within budget.
- Use design software for 3D visual representations.
- Manage project budgets and provide cost estimates.
- Collaborate with professionals for seamless project execution.
- Present design concepts and plans to clients for approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.
- Integrate sustainable practices and materials.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably to have at least 2 year relevant experience for interior design
- Familiar using AutoCAD, Adobe & other design software
- Good to have portfolio sharing for review purposes
