Job Scope:
- Support accounting department for the task such as month-end closing
- Manage full HR operations cycle, including timely submission of payroll (about 50 headcounts), income tax, and leave management.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, facilitating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offer packages.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job postings, active/passive sourcing, referrals, and networking for effective self-sourcing.
- Maintain and update employee information and HR policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.
- Administer and manage MOM surveys, work passes, government grants, and support schemes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties for activities like marketing, audit, and insurance.
- Handle corporate and group insurance matters.
- Conduct HR briefings and sessions for new hires and departing employees.
- Generate benchmarking exercises and reports as needed.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other job search platforms.
- Implement HQ and local initiatives to support business unit growth.
- Implement HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance, relevance, and competitiveness.
- Handle corporate secretarial duties and liaising with relevant parties.
- Implement HQ and local HR & Finance initiatives to support business unit growth.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in HR related studies
- Ability to work independently for all functions related to HR
- Candidate without accounting experience can be considered but must be willing to learn & support accounting’s activity
- Candidate who can start work within short notice will be prioritized
