Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with Agency users.
- Responsible for the overall success of a project by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements
- Operations, Maintenance and Monitoring of Systems and comply with IT governance framework, including security and resilience.
Lead, coordinate and liaise with Auditors for various audits and oversee the implementation of QMS
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience
- Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem solving skills
- Ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
- Project management (Agile) experience is a bonus
- Having project management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI is a bonus
- Experienced in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management is a bonus
